Are posts on holidays and major observances okay? This includes any holiday that is widely celebrated (E.g. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Valentines Day, etc.). During the holiday season, would you prefer we wish your followers "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays"?

Would you like us to include posts about fun observances (National Take A Nap Day, National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, etc.)? If yes, would you like them all to be related to your business (eg, National Nurses Day for a medical business), or is any fun observance okay to use?

How do you feel about emojis being used in posts? Are there any specific to your brand that you would like us to use?

When posting on social media, we aim to avoid topics that spark controversy and can lead to a lot of back-and-forths commenting on the posts. The three topics we have found it best to avoid are politics, your competitors, and religion. Are there any other topics or websites we should avoid?

Will you be able to provide us with up-to-date images of your products/services/employees in action on a monthly or bi-monthly basis? We ask for this content to be provided by the 10th of the month to use in the following month's calendar. Note: We ask for this because organic content (real images of your business) performs much better and will make followers more inclined to pay attention to the business! More authentic images are always more welcome. If no images are supplied, we will default to stock imagery.
